What payment methods are accepted?

We proudly accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Is it safe to place an order on your site? Will you have my bank details?

Your card details are secure. Payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify) which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Marvie Beauty itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.

 

Shipping and Delivery 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Although shipping times may vary for different countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the overwhelming demand for our products, shipping usually takes 2-3 weeks. And in rare cases, may take up to 5 weeks for international orders. Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and a tracking number will usually be provided within a few days of shipping your order.

Where is my order shipped from?

Like many great companies, we currently ship from our warehouse in Asia. It makes it easier for us to ship worldwide. This is why sometimes our items may take a little longer to arrive at your door. 

What if I change my mind about an order?

Once your order is placed, we work with an automated fulfillment partner that begins packaging and preparation for shipment almost immediately. As a result, we begin processing your order almost immediately. Therefore, if you change your mind about an order, it most likely can not be cancelled.

 

Refunds and Returns 

Can I return a product?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

If you purchased the '1 Year Warranty + Track & Insure' shipping option, you may return a damaged or broken product for a free replacement up to one year after receiving your item(s).
