Are your products cruelty-free?
All of our products are cruelty-free, hypoallergenic and safe for all skin types including sensitive skin.

What payment methods are accepted?
We proudly accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All payments are processed through our hosting and store provider (Shopify).

Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. However, shipping times may vary for different countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Our products typically take 10-15 days to arrive at your door. However, With COVID-19, they may take a little longer to come as we continue to follow local health mandates and take extra precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (this can take up to 24-48 hours to update).

How do I cancel my order?
To better serve you, Marvie Beauty begins processing your order immediately after it has been submitted, therefore we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We understand your order may arrive damaged due to transit. If an item is faulty or damaged, it must be reported within 30 days of receipt for an exchange. Once the item is sent back, it will be replaced at no extra charge if deemed defective. Please contact us for more details.

Can I return a product?
For the safety of our customers and staff, we do not accept returns for our cosmetic products. If the item(s) you received arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for an exchange.
